Arman has over 12 years’ experience in engineering design, construction and project management. He holds a degree in structural engineering, a masters in geotechnical engineering and a masters in project management. He has extensive design experience of process plant structures and foundations. This includes pipe racks, equipment support structures, static and dynamic rotating equipment foundations, warehouses and shelters for both greenfield and brownfield projects. Arman has worked in Germany and has visited Korea and France for major petrochemical and LNG projects in Iran.
His particular interests include soil structure interaction effects on foundations, reliability in foundation and structural design; advanced techniques in the design of axially and laterally loaded piles and the application of Monte Carlo simulations for risk analysis.
Arman's civil and structural skills have boosted REA's capability in mining and energy projects.
